Over the last 2 weeks father, Jose, and daughter, Ximena, were both arrested over minor traffic violations.
They were then thrown in Whitfield County Jail which, in collaboration with ICE through a 287(G) program, transported them to the Stewart ICE Detention Center nearly 4 hours from their family and community in Dalton GA.
In the face of state violence against our immigrant communities we must stand up and fight back!
